Allergen Disclaimer & Cross-Contamination Notice
At My Alter Ego Catering we take food allergies and dietary requirements seriously and do our best to accommodate them wherever possible.
While many of our menu items are labelled to identify common allergens, all food is prepared in a commercial kitchen where the following allergens are present:
milk, egg, wheat, gluten, soy, sesame, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish and other allergens.
Because of this shared environment, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens due to the risk of cross-contact during preparation, cooking or packaging.
If you or your guests have a severe allergy or anaphylaxis, we strongly recommend that you contact our team before placing your order so we can discuss the most suitable options.
Customers with food allergies or intolerances should always inform us when ordering so we can take additional care in preparation.
My Alter Ego Catering will make every reasonable effort to minimise cross-contact, however we cannot guarantee that any dish is entirely allergen free.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
