Delivery & Ordering

What days and times do you deliver?

We deliver 7 Days a week. Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday and Sunday from 6:00am to 3:00pm.

Delivery outside these hours may be possible but subject to availability.

Yes — Saturday and Sunday we deliver from 600am to 300pm.  Weekend bookings fill quickly, so we recommend ordering as early as possible.

You’ll select a preferred delivery time at checkout.

 

Cold food orders may be delivered up to 1 hour prior, and hot food orders up to 20 minutes prior to ensure everything arrives safely and on schedule.

Absolutely. We deliver corporate catering, platters, and celebration food to homes, offices, venues and private locations.

Yes — as long as the venue allows external catering. Just provide the address and access details when placing your order.

We deliver across Brisbane CBD, inner suburbs, South Brisbane, Fortitude Valley, Milton, West End, Logan, Ipswich, and surrounding areas.
If you’re outside this area, reach out — we can usually accommodate special requests.

Yes, for larger bookings and wholesale partners. Minimum spend or additional delivery fees may apply.

Yes. Our minimum order for most Brisbane suburbs is $80.00.

 

As you move further out from the Brisbane, the minimum spend increases to cover additional travel time and delivery costs.

Pick-up from our Stone’s Corner kitchen is available.

Our cut-off time for standard orders is 12pm the business day before you need your delivery.

 

For larger events, grazing tables, or wholesale quantities, we recommend booking earlier to secure availability and ensure we can prepare everything to our high standards.

Our cut-off for next-day orders is 12pm the day prior.


For urgent or last-minute orders, contact us — if we can help, we absolutely will.

Yes, if changes are made before cut-off times and we haven’t begun production.

Allergens & Cross-Contamination Notice
My Alter Ego Catering prepares all food in a licensed commercial kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to:

While we take great care with food handling, hygiene, and separation of ingredients, cross-contamination may still occur.


Because of this, we cannot guarantee any product is completely free from allergens.

 

Customers with severe allergies or anaphylaxis should inform us when placing their order so we can provide the safest possible advice and options.

Licensing, Safety & Staff

Do you have a liquor licence?

No — we don’t supply alcohol, but you’re welcome to provide your own at your event.

Yes — depending on availability. We can provide setup staff, service staff, and event assistants for corporate or private functions.


Minimum hours apply.

Yes — we operate a fully insured commercial kitchen with an approved Food Safety Program, council licensing, and strict hygiene procedures.

Payments, Accounts & Policies

What is the payment process?

You can pay securely online via card, Stripe, or invoice for approved corporate accounts. Payment is required before production unless you have an active trade account.

All online orders require full payment at checkout unless you have a trade account with us. Approved corporate clients may be invoiced on 7- or 14-day terms depending on their account. Longer terms can be negotiated if needed.

Approved businesses receive:

  • Login access
  • Saved delivery addresses
  • Invoice billing
  • Order history
  • Ability to repeat previous orders
  • Priority support for corporate events

To apply, simply complete our corporate account form.

We understand plans change.

  • More than 24 hours notice: Full refund or credit
  • Same-day cancellations: 100% fee as your order will already be in production
  • Large event/grazing bookings: Require more notice (2–7 days depending on size)

Fees only apply if food has already been prepared, staff booked, or products sourced specifically for your order.
